I have enough points to redeem a reward. How do I redeem it?

Once you have enough points, you can redeem rewards in-restaurant, in the app, or online.
In-Restaurant
1.    Before ordering, open the Loco Rewards app and sign in
2.    Select the reward you want to redeem
3.    Tap Scan In-Store and present the barcode to the cashier
Note: Only one reward can be redeemed per visit.
In-App or Online
1.    Sign in to your Loco Rewards account on the app or at elpolloloco.com
2.    Add eligible items to your cart
3.    At checkout, select the reward you’d like to redeem from Available Rewards
Note: Make sure your cart meets the reward’s requirements before applying it.
