These points decide your tier level. They reset to zero every January 1.
If you earn enough to reach a higher tier, you’ll keep that new status for the rest of the year and all of the following year.
Example: If you hit 15,000 Status Qualifying Points in 2023, you’ll keep Pollo Status through 2024, even after your points reset.
