I have an account but didn't have the Loco Rewards app with me when i purchased. Can I still earn points??
You can enter the barcode from your printed receipt into the Loco Rewards app.
1. Tap the Scan tab in the Loco Rewards app and click the link "Enter your receipt barcode here".
2. Enter the barcode number found on your receipt. Please reach out to Customer Care if you have issues earning points on an order.
This action is only permitted within 48 hours of purchase, and there is a limit of 2 uploads within a 12-hour period.
