How does the status tier system work?
When you’re signed into your Loco Rewards account, you earn points on every purchase. The more points you earn, the higher your status tier—and with each tier, you unlock faster point earning and new benefits. Check the top of this Rewards page for a visual overview of all tier perks.
Status tiers:
Pollito: 0–19,999 Status Qualifying Points
Pollo: 20,000–39,999 Status Qualifying Points
Pollo Loco: 40,000+ Status Qualifying Points
How status is earned:
- Points earned from January 1 – December 31 determine your status for the following calendar year.
- If you reach a higher tier during the year than your previous status, you’ll enjoy that tier immediately for the remainder of the year.
- Redeeming points for rewards does not affect your progress toward a status tier.
